‘Alpha Wolf’ – Emma Baylis smashes fundraising target for Headway Brain Injury charity

Emma 1

Last year Emma set herself the challenge of raising £500 for the charity Headway, in memory of her Dad who sadly passed away in July 2018.

The challenge was to complete four 10K wolf runs (spring, summer, autumn and winter) to become an ‘Alpha Wolf’ 🐺🏅.  Well, not only did Emma complete all four mud runs, she managed to smash her £500 target with the help and generosity from family, friends and work colleagues!  She then decided to set a new target of £1000 and came very close to reaching it with a grand total of £911.

Emma would like to thank each and everyone one of you who donated.  The money is going towards a wonderful charity who help people who have suffered traumatic brain injuries by offering physical, cognitive and social rehabilitation along with giving support to their families.

Emma said, “I feel on top of the world🌎 for achieving my goal and it’s made me realise I can do anything I set my mind to!”

Well done Emma!  And here’s to smashing even more goals in 2020!!
